Hi there! I was inspired last month to make myself a fitness journal. It was an exercise in both creativity and in… well, exercise. My thinking was that if I had a nifty journal to keep track of my food and workouts that I would be more inclined to do so. Does this type of reasoning ever work with you?
It was super fun to make and I made a point of using what I already had in my stash. I started with an Evil Supply Co. planner and went from there (after watching tons of inspiring YouTube videos!).
So far, the hardest part is getting in the habit of logging things every day! 🙂
month view > activity, including workouts/gym time and the step count and number of active minutes from my phone.
day view > food, measurements and weight, the week’s focus
goals > short, medium and long term
I have also put inspirational quotes throughout. Thanks, Pinterest!
This is titled #1 because I have just bought a MAMBI Happy Planner and I got the fitness extension pack. Perhaps more on that soon?
