CYCI 120 – sketch

It’s a deceptively simple sketch challenge at Can You Case It this week:

All of the entries are wonderful takes on what may seem a simple sketch, but can be quite difficult to pull together.

Here was my attempt at it (haha!):

This week I was determined to use up pieces I had already set up but not yet used, such as the embossed back panel here or the sentiment part.

I took some sandpaper to the embossed tree just to help it stand out a bit. I think it works with the feel of the card. The copper inked edges of the card pair nicely with the copper on the sentiment.
