The cue card for week 232 at CASology is cut:
I have a die cut for a pair of scissors and wracked my brain to come up with an idea to use that, to no avail. Instead, I went with a “girl’s best friend”:
I used an embossing folder with a diamond and sentiment then decided some sanding was in order to make the shape and words stand out more.
Then I attached a Momenta Art-C diamond die to some gold glitter paper and the edges are inked in gold to increase the fancy factor.
The white dots on the black paper are kind of like stars in the night sky, playing on the “shine” theme of the card.
Thanks for stopping by!

That diamond certainly creates a dramatic focal point, and offsetting it from its outline adds interest! A wonderful, bold CAS design! Thanks so much for sharing with us at CASology this week!
