SIP 83 – sketch

Hello! It’s a fun sketch challenge for Stamp Ink Paper #83:

Here is my card:

There’s a light blue embossed panel for the background, a crazy pattern to kind of carry on the them of the patterned paper.

A pun can often cheer someone up. I know this one makes me giggle! Inked edges in coordinating colours tie it together a bit more.
