CASology 233 – glisten

GLISTEN is the cue card for CASology 233:

I loved this as a cue card. It has so many possibilities!  I wish I had thought of stars, but I went with water:

I have been hoarding this DoCrafts paper and use it sparingly. I felt the rain drops would work here. I think it’s so pretty when sunshine comes through the last of the rain drops and that is what inspired this card.

The bright red umbrella is my focal point. It was a stamp and ink that I got in Japan, brands forgotten.

The sentiment is stamped on grey paper to match the colours of the rain drops and not detract from the umbrella. The gold is to play on the cue card word a bit more.

Speaking of rain, it has been cloudy so I wasn’t able to get great photos 😦

Thanks for stopping by!
