This week’s Stamp Ink Paper challenge is a bit of a shake up:

I went with a tag:

The background is stenciled in yellow ink. I went with other bright colours (almost keeping them all primary).

I dig the HOORAY die cut letters filled in with other colours 🙂 This tag is so cheery!

As a finishing touch I stamped the bottom with a to and from stamp.
