It’s cornflower blue, green and white for Color Throwdown #433:
Luckily, I had just picked up some blue paper!
I die cut and then embossed the front panel. There is also a white embossed panel at the very back there, with the edges inked.
I had some Hampton Art ink that matched the blue pretty well. And the sentiment stamp is Hampton Art, too.
