CAS(E) This Sketch #217

It’s a springy sketch for CAS(E) This Sketch #217:

Here is my card:

I liked the idea of grass, but had to improvise. I flipped a bunting stencil upside down and used green inks in increasingly dark shades to kind of imitate small hills in a field. Then I stamped, cut out and coloured the bird, adhering with with a foam dot. A stamped thank you and voila, a cheery spring card!

A Bit Of Glue & Paper - handmade thank you card with stamped and coloured bird, green inked triangle grass; CAS(E) This Sketch 217 #CTS217 - Vancouver BC

I chose robin colours for the bird. They are a sign of spring and I think they are adorable. Thanks for stopping by!
