Valentine’s Day cards – love notes

I had a lot of Valentine’s Day cards left over from last year so I didn’t feel the need to make any for my shops. I still wanted to make something though, so I came up with these in an effort to also go through my stash of embellishments:

I heat embossed the chipboard speech bubbles. The letters were punched, so I took them out and filled them in with a Sharpie before the embossing.

I like them because they aren’t too girly or lovey-dovey. Sometimes it’s nice to get away from the pink and frills in February. Those things obviously have their place, but I haven’t been in that kind of mood this year.
